I am Amanda Strong (yes, that’s my real name). I am a wife, mother of 3, a podcaster, graphic designer and self proclaimed gym rat.
I started my journey into group fitness as an instructor in college at Ohio University. I fell in love with helping others find ways to add consistent movement into their busy lives. And, since then, have taught everything from high intensity Bootcamp to reformer Pilates.
I am AFAA certified for group fitness, Pilates (Mat and Reformer certified) as well as certified to safely train pregnant and postpartum women.
You can find me training at Out The Box on Sundays from 10-11:00 am!

I've been heavy set my entire life, even though I was active I spend my high school years over 200 pounds. I ate myself all the way to 325 pounds at my heaviest. When my parents were getting a divorce and I felt like I had no control of my life, I did what I could with the one thing that I had, my body. Little did I know that I would fall in love with something as much as I did working out, pushing myself, and training other people to push past what they thought they were capable of.

I’m Izzy Larkins, a NASM certified personal trainer and found my passion for weightlifting when I was 19!
Since then I’ve trained & coached several people on their journey to losing fat, gaining muscle or simply making fitness a part of their lifestyle & finding confidence in their own skin.
I love helping others accomplish their fitness goals after months of continuous hard work & learning what their bodies are capable of.
To me, working out is so much more than just losing belly fat or lifting heavy weights. The real beauty of fitness is the mental grit & strength you build along the way from being consistent and accomplishing your goals.

Trena is an AFAA certified instructor, business owner and mom to five energetic kids. With 27 years of teaching experience and 12 years of group fitness management, she has formerly trained in Les Mills BodyPump and BodyStep, TRX, Kettlebell, Kickboxing, Mat Pilates, Yoga, SilverSneakers, Bootcamp and HIIT. Trena’s multi-disciplinary background provides the foundation for her diverse functional training and sports conditioning classes. Trena believes variety is the spice of life, especially when challenging you to meet your fitness goals.

With a background in team sports and team sport fitness training, Trena believes there is nothing more powerful than the motivation provided by a team. She specializes in creating true camaraderie in her classes both live online and in the gym. “I love seeing clients not only work hard and push themselves, but also motivate, inspire and challenge those around them.”
